Creaite | High-Fidelity Prompting

This Privacy Policy explains how Creaite handles your information. We keep it simple and transparent.

1. What Creaite Does

Creaite is a prompt engineering tool. You type a concept, and we generate optimized text prompts for image generation platforms. We only generate text prompts — we do not generate or store images.

2. What We Collect

Account Information:

Email address (for login)
Display name
Account credentials

Usage Data:

Your prompts and inputs (sent to OpenAI for processing)
Generated prompt outputs
Credit balance and usage

Payment Data:

Payments are processed by Stripe. We only receive transaction IDs and the last 4 digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.

Local Storage:

Your chat history is stored locally in your browser. We sync it to our servers so you can access it across devices, but you can clear it anytime from your profile.

To process payments and manage credits
To detect and prevent abuse
To improve the service

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Creaite:

OpenAI: Your prompts are sent to OpenAI for AI processing. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models.
Stripe: Handles all payment processing securely.
Supabase: Stores your account data and chat history.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy that governs their handling of your data.

5. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data
We do not use your prompts to train AI models
We do not use advertising trackers
We do not share your data with data brokers
We do not generate or store images — only text prompts

6. Data Security

We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized systems only. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You can:

Access: View your account data in your profile
Delete: Clear your chat history from your profile, or request account deletion
Update: Edit your display name and profile picture

For data requests (access, deletion, portability), contact us through the app.

8. Age Requirement

Creaite is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post updates here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
