Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Creaite. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What Creaite Is

Creaite is a prompt engineering tool. You describe an image concept, and our AI helps you craft optimized text prompts for use with image generation platforms like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or Nano Banana.

We generate text prompts only. We do not generate, host, store, or distribute images. Any images you create using our prompts are created on third-party platforms, not on Creaite.

2. Who Can Use Creaite

You must be at least 18 years old to use Creaite. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Credits and Payments

Creaite uses a credit system. Each prompt generation costs credits. You can purchase credits or subscribe for monthly credits. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Content Moderation

Your inputs are checked by our content moderation system (powered by OpenAI). Prompts that request harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content will be automatically blocked and not processed.

This includes but is not limited to: content that exploits minors, promotes violence, harassment, or illegal activities. Blocked prompts do not consume credits.

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The concepts and ideas you input into Creaite
• How you use the text prompts we generate
• Any images you create on third-party platforms using our prompts
• Ensuring your use complies with the terms of those third-party platforms

Creaite is a tool. What you do with the output is your responsibility.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Prompts are generated by AI and may contain errors, unexpected content, or may not match your expectations. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results when used on image generation platforms.

7. Ownership

Your ideas are yours. You retain ownership of the concepts you input.

Generated prompts: You may use the text prompts we generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However, similar prompts may be generated for other users.

8. Third-Party Services

Creaite uses OpenAI for AI processing and Stripe for payments. Your use of Creaite is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Creaite is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues with prompts, third-party platforms, or images you create.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Upon termination, remaining credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Creaite after changes means you accept the new Terms.
